Terms and Conditions

By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

You must be at least 16 years old (or older where required by local law) to use the Service. Users aged 0–16 may use the Service only with verifiable parental or guardian consent. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.
• You must notify us promptly of any unauthorised use of your account.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial learning purposes. We retain all rights not expressly granted.

"User Content" means any content you submit, upload, or generate through the Service, including text, posts, comments, voice and audio recordings, images, and videos. You retain ownership of your User Content.

By submitting User Content, you grant Core Alpha Services FZ-LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sub-licensable licence to host, store, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and create derivative works from your User Content for the purpose of operating, providing, and improving the Service—including to develop, train, fine-tune, evaluate, and improve our artificial-intelligence and machine-learning models (such as speech-recognition, text-to-speech, pronunciation, translation, content-generation, and multimodal models).

• Scope: This licence expressly covers voice and audio recordings, images, and videos you upload, as well as text you submit.
• Subject to the Privacy Policy: Our use of your User Content for model training is governed by Section 9 of the Privacy Policy, including your right to opt out via in-app settings or by contacting privacy@malegado.com.
• De-identification: Where feasible, content used for training is anonymised, pseudonymised, or aggregated.
• Your warranties: You represent and warrant that you own or have all rights, licences, and consents necessary to grant this licence, and that your User Content does not infringe any third-party rights or violate any law.
• Effect of opt-out / deletion: Opting out or deleting content stops future training use but does not require us to retrain, alter, or delete models or datasets already created.

You agree not to:

• Upload content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, hateful, or infringing
• Upload voice recordings, images, or videos of other people without their consent
• Harass, abuse, impersonate, or harm other users
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the Service or its models
• Use the Service for any commercial purpose without our written permission
• Upload malware or attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems or data

The Service, including its software, content, trademarks, models, and design, is owned by or licensed to Core Alpha Services FZ-LLC and is protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works except as expressly permitted.

• Certain features may require a paid subscription. Prices and features are shown at the point of purchase.
• Payments are processed by PCI DSS-compliant providers; we do not store full card details.
• Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable. Statutory withdrawal/refund rights, where applicable, are honoured.
• Subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

The Service may integrate or link to third-party services. We are not responsible for third-party content, products, or practices, and your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of learning outcomes, or uninterrupted availability, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Core Alpha Services FZ-LLC and its officers, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Core Alpha Services FZ-LLC from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your User Content, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms or applicable law. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including licence grants for already-processed content, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the regulations of the free zone in which Core Alpha Services FZ-LLC is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be subject to the competent courts or arbitration body of that jurisdiction, except where mandatory local consumer-protection law grants you rights in your country of residence.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
